E&A Mechanical is an excellent company. We received an estimate from Apple plumbing which we've used before for bathroom work & got back a very high quote. So through family we contacted E&A Mechanical. Our experience with them from start to finish was great. Mike was very responsive, professional & knowledgeable. He came out & did a thorough system check of our HVAC & gave us a much more reasonable quote. The repair was timely, fast, courteous & very well done. We received emails & texts throughout the process. Mike & Chad had us back in business before Thanksgiving & family & cold weather. The total was spot on from quote. They also added some personal touches & were very thoughtful. We've had a lot of repairs over the years & this was best yet. They are doing everything right at E&A Mechanical. If I could give 6 Stars I would. Can't recommend them enough. Thanks!!
Mike and his team are awesome, I highly recommend them. It was easy to schedule an appointment and Mike was very patient, responsive and kind to communicate with. I had a new heat pump with back up oil furnace installed. The team was punctual, respectful, informative, and the most hard working crew I have seen in a very long time. I am very pleased and grateful I found such a great company.

From the office staff to their technicians ,Quality of their character is all respect and sincere. Exceeded expectations. Mike assisted me from start to finish in analyzing my current HVAC situation (aging, dated but functional) and designing a system built around data points for efficiency, cost, and comfort for a full upgrade to my home. At every step, he ensured clarity and transparency in presenting the available options and their respective pros and cons. When it came to executing the project, Mike and James were punctual and prepared to install the equipment, coordinate AC/water shutoffs and usage times, and efficiently completed the work ahead of schedule. Once the project was complete, they reviewed the operation, maintenance, and best practices while closing out the project and leaving everything neat and tidy. The project included multiple system upgrades, whole‑home components, and configuration of controls. They also made specific adjustments and accommodations according to our preferences while accommodating household needs. They managed follow‑on humidifier installation and routine maintenance with the same high standard. Absolute pleasure — would recommend for any HVAC work.
