Mike started the company to do HVAC the way he would want it done at his own house: show up on time, explain the problem in plain English, quote the price before touching anything, and leave the work area cleaner than he found it.
Today the crew is still small on purpose — Mike on the tools alongside Chad, James, and Charlie, with Rachael keeping the schedule and the text updates flowing from the office. Small enough that every job gets owner-level attention; established enough to handle everything from a capacitor swap to a crane-set commercial rooftop unit.
